I hope you find our website a useful tool, whether you are a government partner, a customer seeking help with your relocation, a prospective employee, a vendor partner, or anyone else with whom we have the pleasure of being involved.

At Central Van Lines, we set the bar high in customer service excellence. I hope that is your experience in your interaction with our company and its partners. Our knowledgeable and customer-focused staff has been empowered to make our clients' experience trouble free. Whether you find that or something less than that, I want to know about it. Who we are

We are a Southern California-based relocation management company specializing in US Military personnel and family relocations, both domestically and internationally.

Our Mission Statement

To provide our Military Service Members a trustworthy and respectful relocation of their
worldly possessions through a professional staff of happy and well-equipped employees, and a network of high-quality and caring moving, storage, and transportation providers. We shall communicate openly and honestly with each other and our customers. We will treat everyone with respect, but never as a burden. We will be thankful for everything we have, and seek to put everything we have into making our United States Military Service Members’ transitions easier.

Our Feelings on Customer Service

Customers are to be treated courteously and given proper attention at all times. Never regard a customer’s questions or concerns as an interruption or an annoyance.

Customer’s inquires, whether in person, by phone, or correspondence, must be addressed promptly and professionally.
Never argue with a customer. If a challenge develops or if a customer remains dissatisfied, ask a
Supervisor to intervene so our customer is satisfied.

We all must show our desire to assist the customer in obtaining the help he or she needs. If you are unable to help a customer, find a team member who can.

Good Deeds

Central Van Lines proudly financially supports various military and veteran-related charities. Some of the benefits provided by these organizations include:
Assisting military families during difficult financial times by providing food assistance, auto and home repair, vision care, travel and transportation, moving assistance, essential home items, and financial assistance.
Serving veterans and service members who incurred a physical or mental injury, illness, or wound, co-incident to their military service.
Recognizing extraordinary military children and spouses by hosting celebrations each year.
Transitional Housing Program allowing transitioning service members to live rent free while they go through the transition process.
